Using foam rollers, we will release tight muscles that keep you bound up. A great way to keep good blood flow through muscle tissue. Healthy blood flow is what helps your muscles relax and heal. Give yourself a massage! Class will include stretching, classic yoga poses and relaxation.
Strengthen, Lengthen, Relax Wednesdays: 6:00 -7:15pm A combined movement class using yoga and other movement to create a balanced practice of stretching, strengthening and relaxation techniques.
